1. What data is processed
The website has no backend and stores no user data on its own side. Personal data reaches the operator only if you send it yourself through the enquiry form or write to the published email addresses.

- details of the planned facility: type, area, comment.
2. How the form works
The enquiry form does not post data to a server. When you press the button, your browser composes a message in your own email client addressed to the sales department. It is sent from your mailbox and only after you confirm it. You can cancel at any point by closing the message window.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a commercial proposal and support the project. It is not shared with third parties, not used for marketing mailings and never sold.
4. Cookies and local storage
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Browser local storage holds two technical values only: your chosen colour theme and whether the information notice has been dismissed. This data never leaves your device and cannot identify you. You can clear it through your browser. Maps are covered in section 5.
5. Maps on the contacts page
The Contacts and Manufacturing pages display Yandex maps. The widget is loaded from Yandex servers only once you scroll down to the map, before that the site makes no third-party requests. When the widget loads, Yandex may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under the Yandex privacy policy. The site operator has no access to that data.
6. Retention and protection
Enquiries are retained by the operator for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised. The operator applies legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, alteration and disclosure.
