Modular school in Tsiyab-Tsilitli, Dagestan

The Novotsilitlinskaya secondary school of the Gumbetovsky District was built using modular technology for the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Dagestan. The village of Tsiyab-Tsilitli sits on the plain, far from major construction bases, so factory readiness was decisive: building components arrived from the plant ready for assembly.

The site camera recorded the works from 31 July to 4 October 2026. In August a long single-storey building was assembled on the prepared base: classrooms along the main corridor, an administrative block and a sports hall at the end of the building, taller than the main block. By the end of the month the building was roofed and its facade finished. September went into landscaping: paving the yard, fencing, outdoor lighting and planting. The full construction cycle took 60 days. Commissioning date: 1 September 2026, in time for the start of the school year.

The engineering systems are installed inside: a switchboard room with metering and incoming devices, distribution along the corridors, heating and ventilation. Modular technology does not mean simplified services: the scope matches that of a conventional building.

The facade is assembled from factory-painted panels. The colour inserts are specified in the design and need no on-site painting, which shortens the schedule and removes any dependence on the weather during finishing.
