About the project
The building is based on a steel frame; the envelope uses energy-efficient insulated sandwich panels that provide both thermal and acoustic performance.
The building can be erected quickly, dismantled and relocated. Internally, the modules are pre-fitted with electrical, ventilation, heating, plumbing and low-voltage systems.
The technology allows the layout to be changed and the floor area scaled by adding or removing blocks, and permits work in any season without wet trades or a massive foundation.
