Modular school in Dagestan built in 60 days

The Novotsilitlinskaya secondary school, 1,475 m², has been built in the Gumbetovsky District of Dagestan. A site camera recorded the entire construction.

The building was erected using modular technology for the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Dagestan. The long single-storey building holds classrooms along the main corridor, an administrative block and a sports hall at the end of the building, taller than the main block.

The camera ran from 31 July to 4 October 2026, and the footage shows how the works progressed. In early August the steelwork and wall panels arrived on site; by mid-month the building was assembled along its full length; by the end of August it was roofed, with the facade finished. September went into landscaping: the yard was paved, fencing and outdoor lighting were installed and trees were planted.

The full construction cycle took 60 days. The school was commissioned on 1 September 2026, in time for the start of the school year.

Inside, the building services match those of a conventional building: a switchboard room with metering, heating, ventilation and service runs along the corridors. The facade is assembled from factory-painted panels: the colour bands are part of the design and needed no painting on site.
