A settlement includes residential modules (from standard to higher-comfort specification) a canteen, a first-aid post, an administration and amenity block, a laundry, a recreation centre and the required utility structures. Energy-efficient materials and standalone life-support systems (boiler houses, treatment plants, backup power) keep the settlement running in any region.
