About the project
A complex of rapid-build structures assembled from standard modules, designed for both temporary and long-term accommodation of personnel at remote locations, large construction sites, industrial facilities and mineral deposits.
All buildings share common engineering systems: power supply with backup, water supply and local treatment plants, heating and ventilation, and low-voltage networks, internet, alarms and CCTV.
The settlement is organised into a residential zone (dormitories, washrooms, amenity rooms), a public zone (canteen, first-aid post, administrative block, recreation area), a technical zone (energy centre, boiler house, water treatment) and ancillary facilities, checkpoint, parking and stores.
