About the project
The block-modular dormitory is assembled from finished factory modules, each containing rooms for two to five people, washrooms, kitchens or other functional areas.
The format cuts construction time several times over, reduces costs, gives layout flexibility and easy scalability, and allows housing to be deployed quickly in remote locations, construction sites, shift camps and student campuses.
